General Data Protection - GDPR
The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come into effect on Friday 25th May. Havannah Primary recognises the need to process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The Governing Body has overall responsibility for ensuring records are maintained in accordance with GDPR.
The Privacy Notice explains how we use your data, how it is kept and which data is shared. There is also a permission form for parents for data that is non-mandatory.

NOTE FOR INDIVIDUALS NAMED AS ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY CONTACTS: if you are an emergency contact and do not wish us to keep your details, please let us know. We only hold your name and number on our Schools Information Management Systems (SIMS) and this will only be used in the event of an emergency for the pupils you are named for.
